Who I Work With
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. You may be managing stress, navigating difficult life changes, or simply wanting more clarity and balance in your life.
Life’s challenges can look different at every stage—from the transitional hurdles of early adulthood to the complex shifts of later years—but the need for a supportive, non-judgmental space remains constant. I work with individuals across the adult lifespan, meeting you where you are and supporting the goals that matter most to you.

Therapy can help: process these experiences safely using trauma-informed approaches such as EMDR and support healing over time.
Level of Care
This practice provides outpatient psychotherapy, typically in weekly sessions. Individuals who require more intensive or structured mental health services—such as multiple sessions per week, intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization, or inpatient treatment—may benefit from a higher level of care than this practice provides. If at any point a higher level of care appears to be needed, appropriate referrals will be recommended.
If you’re wondering whether therapy might help with what you’re experiencing, you’re welcome to reach out to schedule a consultation or ask any questions.
